Together we strip away the noise of our busy lives,
the performance, the separation
and meet each other as we are.

This years theme is "Breaking Free"
A journey of unbinding.
We break free from expectations, from who we thought we had to be,
from the tightness that keeps us small.
We break open, and in that openness, we meet each other.
The forest holds us.
The lake mirrors our becoming.
The children laugh, the elders hum, the night sky sings,
and somewhere between the music and the silence,
we awaken.
Why do we gather?
We stand between worlds;
the ancient and the modern, the primal and the refined.
At Tribe Awakening we bring together threads from plant medicine, tantric wisdom and embodied spirituality,
yet we do it through music, playfulness and participation.
We believe the path of awakening is not reserved for temples or ceremonies.
It lives in the drumbeat,
in a shared meal, in the laughter of our children.

we welcome all colors, all bodies, all ages.
The young ones (our children) are an essential part of the tribe.
we see them not as individual responsibilities but as a shared one.
together, we create space for them to feel safe, seen and held. and we make an extra effort to make room for them when they are among us.
They also have their own unique space - their own world of play, learning and exploration.

The founders of tribe awakening
we are Keepers of medicine music, practitioners of shamanism, tantra, embodiment and consciousness.
We have spent years in ceremony, in community, in exploration
- walking the path of awakening through both shadow and light.
From this shared devotion, Tribe Awakening was born.
